In the same way, it controls and manages the mood better, causing the person to be more stable and optimistic with himself.

The person who eats a healthy and well-balanced diet, keeps his body healthy and improves his emotional state. It also reduces the levels of anxiety and stress that the person has. Therefore, it increases your general well-being.

In the same way, when eating some fruits or vegetables, such as carrot, apple, banana, among others; avoiding fats, sugars and alcohol, protect your mental health.

When the person breathes properly, your mind relaxes. This decreases the muscle tension and stress that the person is experiencing. In view of this, by performing different relaxation techniques, you increase your well-being and take care of your mental health. To relax, you can enjoy a bubble bath, go for a walk, listen to the music that you like or another activity that catches your attention, to help reduce your stress level.
